What is Travada?

Travada is Cameroon's premier bus booking platform that connects travelers with bus operators across the country. We provide a convenient way to search, compare, and book bus tickets online.

Which cities does Travada operate in?

We currently serve all major cities in Cameroon including Yaoundé, Douala, Bafoussam, Bamenda, Garoua, Maroua, and many more. Our network is constantly expanding to cover more routes.

Account & Profile

Do I need an account to book a ticket?

Yes, you can book tickets as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to:

  • View your booking history
  • Get faster checkout
  • Receive special offers
  • Manage multiple passengers
  • Earn loyalty points

How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot password"
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Check your email for a reset link
  5. Follow the instructions to create a new password

Can I update my personal information?

Yes, you can update your personal information at any time:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to "My Profile"

Booking & Payments

How do I book a bus ticket?

Booking a ticket is simple:

  1. Enter your departure and destination cities
  2. Select your travel date
  3. Choose from available buses and times
  4. Select your seats
  5. Enter passenger details
  6. Choose payment method and complete payment
  7. Receive your e-ticket via email/SMS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods:

Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellations are possible depending on the bus operator's policy:

  • Most tickets can be canceled up to 6 hours before departure
  • Some promotional fares may be non-refundable
  • Cancellation fees may apply

To cancel, go to "My Bookings" or contact our support team.

How long do refunds take?

Refund processing times vary by payment method:

  • Mobile Money: 3-5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Cash payments: Refunded via Mobile Money or bank transfer

Our service fee is non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by us.
